i have canceled booking here during free cancelation on hostelworld but charged all bookings from my credit card campany. so i have texted about it but never reply.
customer service of hostelworld were helped for refund then they charged again after few days.

😠 I stayed at the monthly rate you have to pay electricity and water separately that is reasonable, but. They overcharged me for cleaning fee and electricity bill order to not return the deposit at the end of your contract.
Would not recommend staying here, the owner is mean and likes to scam the fore...
