😐 Its quiet and nice hospital not congested with good services.

😠 We got here by opening time and up to 55 minutes later, there was no single Dr. I had a sick child who has getting worse and no information. It is terribly unprofessional and disappointing especially for someone whose been to AgaKhan in Nairobi countless of times and had had 3 kids there. Do better!

😠 Very, very, very, very poor service. They are not honest on when you’re supposed to get your lab results. They give false promises and then keep telling you to come back yet the results are needed ASAP. They’re just quick to collect money. They don’t have value for people’s time and they don’t have...

😠 Your services have seriously deteriorated! A client comes in at 1pm only to leave after 5pm!! The toilets have no tissue, water. You were our best kids hospital. Please revive your past glory!

🫤 Really the ladies at the reception have poor customer care. I mean its not a clinic that offers treatment for free yet those funny looking women make it look like you are pleading with them for free healthcare.Ever gossiping and rude

🫤 Be ready to wait for service for more than 3 hours. Irritating given this is a children's hospital. Kids get hungry, tired and inpatient and it's understandable.
