    First experience was good but this time ohhhh very bad and frustrated staff... I need report urgently could not coll personally requested for send reports by mail it should mail by Friday it's Saturday today since yesterday we are calling them for report they are just saying we are sending we are sending then we r calling since morning for report now from our number they are not picking our phone then we tried it from another he picked the phone and when they know this is the same patient who calling since morning after I told him they cut it down and like 15 times after that I am trying phone he is not picking the phone.... they don't understand emergency of report we can collect but we are out of town.... poor service ..... very disappointed

    Management doent care to read patients concerns!! Calls are never answered, money & time is wasted,yet you call as a patient in pain!!Why put it as your contact then?? Do you offer Transvaginal and Doppler ultrasound services?

    Poor customer care. The provide customer phones that keep you on hold and at the end of it you are unattended; while communication company UTL keeps cutting our airtime.

They donโ€™t have value for peopleโ€™s time and they donโ€™t have their customerโ€™s best interest. I just donโ€™t recommend. Just terrible. Really terrible.

    I was told the test was 245,000 when I called on Monday. I was charged 345,000 on Wednesday. I was given a phone number to call for directions and it was never on. I was told that I could pick results from the lab near my home and when I tried I was told I had to go back to Nakasero. I called Nakasero (using the number on my receipt) and Gerald said he would email my results (now at 50 hours). I waited several hours, didn't receive an email, and called again. This time I was told they would check with Gerald and call me back. No one called. I began calling all numbers on Saturday morning. Finally someone picked. She said she was away from the lab, but she forwarded my number to Allen from customer service and he would call me back. I waited two hours, drove to Nakasero. Waited while they printed my children's results and found mine (now at 75 hours). I am now in America four days latwr. No one has heard from Allen. Extremely poor communication and customer service.

    World-class laboratories. Huge range of tests. Staff is incredibly knowledgable, competent, and kind. I came in asking for a really specific antibody test and receptionist and lab manager worked with me to figure it out. Really amazing service.

    Phone never Connects but your money ll get waste by calling them and connecting to auto recording anf then auto disconnect. This guys are very Sharp dont want to entertainment public on phones visit and they ll make sure they sale u their Products.. highly unrecommended. Poor Service Quality.

    They did qualitative COVID antibodies test instead of quantitive twice, to me and my wife. Despite clear request to make a quantitive test and assurance from the administrator that the results will โ€œprovide a numberโ€. The price of the test is outrageous.

    Very poor service.I have done fasting blood glucose and pp blood glucose test on 17 th.They assured to give report on evening through mail.Still I could not receive any receipt of my payments and my report in mail..only they have given one photocopy of test results.even they are not picking up my call..

    My experience is one of helpfulness and efficiency. It is a pleasant surprise to me to that I can be from another continent, begin living in Uganda and find my Haematologist, back in my home country, pleased with the quality of test results he orders. Two tests are performed in RSA! Yet LL returns all results inside 2 weeks, often in one. I am grateful for this provision.

    Very poor service, my two samples got contaminated. I was being asked to take a third sample I declined ,besides that seems they batch samples & take them (air-cargo) for testing in South Africa.(for unique samples)

    I'm sharing my opinion. Very poor service. Every time i go there, its a different person handling you so you've got to explain over and over... tests results are so slow. Only plus side is that they are the cheapest in town. Guess that is the price you pay for that type of quality.

    Turn around time for the most basic of labs is too long, they never picked any phone calls, sluggish service at their Kyadondo road branch, most disappointing is the you pay for this mediocrity!
