😠 I spend 2 years in SERENIA Residence and I have two side opinions how to describe it.
As management it’s worse I have ever seen. Community rules are just unacceptable, if you do one thing not as per book they will send you fine.
When I move out and come back next day to collect items that were left...

👍 Multi building area, there is plenty of things to do. Many restaurants are there. Try to see this place at night because we can see the glow of the city lights. Water taxi is available here. The place is located near Dubai Marina mall.

😠 Provis owners association is not good even though they have spare load in building they can't even allow to put one EV charger, In most buildings in UAE they are now providing EV charging to tenants, I am willing to pay but they are lazy to put one.

👍 Standard 3 towers complex in JLT,
Al Seef 2, Al Seef 3 and Tamweel ( which had a major collapse after fire happened 5 years ago in this building) towers!
Finding parking again is a challenge in this cluster!!

👍👍 I've lived in Bay Central for 5 years. Fabulous pool, nice gym, close to JBR, but without the traffic hassle as it's between 2 bridges. Security staff are lovely, building is well maintained, residents have a community web portal to keep informed of any maintenance.
