🫤 My Advise if you can, please try not to register with this practice, it'll save you the headache of trying to reach them via phone. Update: Okay so, I went to the clinic directly and was assisted promptly. Apparently the trick is to phone them between 5-6.30 and they will answer.

😠 I've been with a few surgery's in Bolton, but this has to be the worst! They NEVER pick up the phone and when they do, they are extremely rude! The receptionists seem to thin they are actual doctors......just learn to pick up the handset and be polite would be a start.
