    The doctors and physios at this partnership are first class... I wish the same could be said for the receptionists who work here, as every time I call up theyre either rude and dismissive on the phone, very unhelpful, or just downright rude and ignorant. That's even of they bother answering the phone and don't cut you off whilst on hold! Also physically arguing with patients over the phone. If you do register her just be prepared for a pretty unfreindly first contact every time...

    I am sitting in a hospital room with my mother whose been diagnosed with the worst case of pneumonia the doctor has seen. She has asked me to write that perhaps if the Doctors, knowing that she suffers from COPD had treated her properly in the first place we would be sat at home making plans for Christmas instead of contemplating end of life care. I would say that if a person phones to say that the three days of antibiotics and steroids haven't worked it doesn't help when asked if it's" urgent to speak to a doctor because you've already spoken to once this week." If it was possible to give less than the 1 star available then I would as I think my Mums lack of treatment shocking!

    My daughter had blood tests Tuesday, I was told to phone up Thursday for the results. I phoned Thursday and after a 10 minute wait in a queue I was told the results were in but a doctor hasn’t looked at them yet call back tomorrow. I phoned back Friday, waited 8 minutes in a query and was then cut off, called back again and waited 10 minutes to be told they’ve still not been looked at, so call again Monday. Do Dunstan reimburse the cost of phone calls I wonder!! No service what so ever. Update - Dunstan said they had to refer us to Fairfield for paediatric consult... Fairfield wont see us because we are not a Bury postcode - well done again Dunstan.

    I've found that the staff and doctors here are super helpful, often going much further than they need to to resolve queries.

    Shocking telephone service - Surgery has the habit of hanging up on you whilst you are in the Q normally when you get to one in the Q. You then have to join the Q at the back again. Staff who are doing this need to be taken to task!

    Very poor service unable to work the Website to book an appointment unless you want to self diagnose your own problem you call the reception they might as well have automated answer as all they say is go to the website I am trying to see a doctor but very poor service

    In my opinion one of the best Practices in Bolton. Excellent leadership, professional and friendly service. I have never, in over 20 years of being with this practice, had any issues with the care, and support, me and my family have received. In these challenging and changing times, i just want to say that the Dunstan Partnership are providing a fantastic service. Thank you.

    I am the neice and carer for 2 very elderly relatives with complex needs. I am not a patient at this practice. I am extremely impressed by most of the staff here. Very helpful, considerate and aware of my very difficult situation. Clinical services are always accessed when needed and most of the receptionists are very happy to go the extra mile for me. Thank you.

    Emergency appointment with DR Sprott with a young poorly granddaughter. Very thorough no rush at all even though last minute appointment. Assessed and diagnosed and prescribed accordingly. Had patience and explained symptoms clearly, made a young mum feel she had done the right thing. Honest and trustworthy GP. Thankyou so Much Xx

    Tried to flag up my concerns about their frail 91 year old patient, spoke to rudest receptionist, zero shitz given. Impossible to get past this firewall of misery. Thank god I'm at Tonge Fold.

    After ringing today to b told to ring 111 then rang them and was told I will b referred back to doctors then resptionist ring to tell me the chemist will c me and give me antibiotics which was wrong because they can't. Now I'm waiting for the out of hours doctor to ring me has I'm very poorly. I think I'm going to b looking at changing my doctors because this is unacceptable

    A first class GP practice. Both my parents, myself and my brother have been patients at this practice. I have been the main carer for my relatives for three very intensive years and have always had first class support from Drs, Fiske, Whittaker, Hague and Sprott. I was always able to speak to a doctor and they would come out if needed (even during the height of the pandemic). Anyone living in the catchment area is very lucky. I am no longer in the local area and my GP practice doesn’t come anywhere near the service from Dunstan Medical Centre.

    one or two doctors do really care all the rest - typical for paid by being not by efficiency. but the receptionists - this is a new level of NO SERVICE!. over the last two years I have been repeatedly refused the service by receptionists.
