😠 Needs a complete overhaul on the booking system and how its managed. I've never had a remotely positive experience regardless of going in for an issue or getting medical reports for new jobs. I've avoided going to the GP for years because of it.

😠 You are made to feel like an inconvenience before you even speak! Receptionist answers phone with a sigh. I find the doctors absolutely great but some of the Receptionists should not be working in that environment as so rude, abrupt and not a caring bone in them. Awful.
