😠 Obscenely rude staff, amount charged for card use = greed. Other shops charge half the amount. But if you have a monopoly on trade then greed takes presidency over whats right. They are still charging to use card payments of less than £5.00

😐 One of my favourite bookstores I have been to. It seems to be more of a library, with books spread out over five floors, and comprehensive listings for each subject.
