😠 Absolutely awful. Firstly when I rented the place they didn't do a proper inventory, a 5 year old could have done the job they did, they listed just whatever was in the flat. Didn't safety check anything, the hoover literally set alight when used. Luckily only inside and didn't set the flat alight....

😠 They never call you back and no one other than the 1st call handler is in. Theyre always on lunch from 9am-5pm so good luck. I was calling from a worldwide brand and they still didn't have any time for me. Worst agency I've ever dealt with commercially. 3 Attempts is more than enough.

😠 Overall poor. Inventory wasn’t done in our presence when moving in AND moving out. A range of “issues were found” when we vacated the property, some of which were charged and taken from our deposit unfairly. Some issues were reported during the stay which were never addressed to our disappointment....

😠 Very poor rented maintenance follow-up on outstanding problems. Ceilings from water damage still not fuxed and decorated, 5 x double glazed windows blown and family homes/landlords unwilling to fix.
