😠 Just pulled up on the forecourt and made eye contact with the server, he then hung up a sign saying back in 10 minutes and disappeared without even setting the pump up. So I won't be coming back.

😠 Sent relative with a parcel prepaid and sealed ready to be sent and the person unwrapped it and put cardboard on it for no reason and charged her £10, basically ripped her off. Be careful before handing over money as they try ripping people off who don't know what they are doing.

😠 9:29pm and you can’t go in to the store to use the toilet after driving for 4 hours. Attendant wasn’t bothered or helpful. Never one to complain but massively disappointed. You should state on your website when the facilities are closed.
