😠 The treatment of hamsters here is horrific. They live in groups inside breadbox sized cages with no wheels, bright lights inside the cages, with only tiny hides to hide within. For energetic, solitary, and nocturnal animals this is extremely harmful. There is also next to no bedding in their cages....

They do pretty much everything you would need for your dog and it's all high quality. The staff are so friendly and welcoming too.

👍👍 Great place. Everyone who works there is absolutely lovely and very helpful and honest. Our puppy eats their own branded dog food and he loves it (highest percentage of meat content out of all the other dry food in the shop!) Our puppy loves our visits here!

😠 Overcrowded, dirty and bare bird cages. Finches with nails the length of their entire leg. Dead fish floating in the filthy tanks. Some guy who works there walking around asking kids if they want "a doin" for touching the glass once. Poor mistreated animals deserve so much better.
