👍👍 Working in a desk job had left me with chronic shoulder and back pain. I've had a number of treatments at the clinic and attended classes at the studio. My posture is significantly better and pain reduced. Highly recommend the rehab hub and SJ. The knowledge and expertise has given me a happy back!
