My posture is significantly better and pain reduced. Highly recommend the rehab hub and SJ. The knowledge and expertise has given me a happy back!

😠 Phoned ahead to ask about using the pool as a day pass. Was told that was fine £15. Travelled all the way there to then be told I could only use it if accompanied by a member. Very disappointed why wouldn't you say on the phone ?!!!??
