The level of coaching is far superior and the warm friendly welcome from the team (who know all members by name) makes me feel valued as a member. 😠 Very disappointed with new upgrade. The old layout was 1000 times better. Number of machines and equipment has been significantly decreased. The new placement of some of the machines/equipment just doesn't make sense at all. May consider leaving as a result of this
