😠 Don't collect parcels here. My parcel had arrived but I had to go 3 times before they gave it to me. Different excuses (you're too late at 9pm, the machine is broken, come back after 3pm etc). Then i had to search myself for it. The assistant didn't help. Maybe they employ too few staff.
