😠 Cannot understand why the consul service is only open for 1 hour per day! Spoke to a lady wanted some information regarding notability of a uk diploma, clear as mud.. couldn’t understand the lady, asked her to repeat it for me and she bluntly said oh put in email and that was that. 🤨
