Bramcote Hills Park
Park
π Beautiful park all year round. It just surprises me a park that big and so well attended does not offer one single toilet or baby changing facility.

St Chad's Nature Reserve
Nature preserve
π A lovely nature reserve although sadly covered in too much dog poo along the paths to warrant five stars.
A quick walk around the water followed by a loop around the churchyard and a similar offshoot along the road before returning to the car park.

Stoney Clouds Local Nature Reserve
Nature preserve
π A spacious and grassy park perfect for dog walking and scenic walks. Great views across Sandiacre, Stapleford and the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire countryside. Expansive and peppered with natural rocks and woodland. Easy to get lost though as many of the fields within fields look very similar.

There is also a public toilet block in the car park (not always open)
It is a great starting point for many walks in the area, either along the River Trent or the Erewa...

Forbes Hole

π It's a lovely little nature reserve with a Pond and lots of wildlife. Really handy for walking my elderly dog around as it only takes about half an hour. If you've got a more active dog, it'll take about 15 minutes.
Only downside is that theres often single men wandering round and none of them appe...
