👍👍 I’ve only used the pool - this is that rare beast, an outdoor heated swimming pool. Very much of a community resource, there is a very friendly old fashioned atmosphere. It’s also very well organised & runs with 4 spacious lanes when lane swimming is offered. Strangely the pool is 25.8 metres long....

😠 If you want full gym membership proper don’t come here. Times are restrictive because of the school, facilities for the gym are small, staff are nice but you’ll pay too much for adult membership for little gain. Nice swim baths but showers are awful, and the parking mainly after 3pm always awful.

👍👍 Great place to swim and nice enough changing rooms although the whole place seems quite run down and in need of a makeover what with the debris on the floor and the damaged ceiling and wall tiles.

😐 The cardio area upstairs is quite small. On the other hand, the changing rooms are massive. I kind of wish they had designed it better so more space was allocated for the actual gym/cardio area rather than massive changing rooms which as far as my experience goes, never get busy.
