👍👍 I look forward to yoga led by Paul and Steve. The classes are very informative and I love that they start and end with some breathing exercise or meditation! Yogasmiths also run fabulous relaxing retreat days. There are both extremely friendly and great teachers.

😠 I have lived above this gym for years now only for them to become a nightmare. They have now rebranded and offering shred fast and constantly can hear there music in the building and banging of weights. Residents have complained with no change if you go here you are part of causing people stress
