👍👍 Nice and spacious. Visited many times. Excellent customer service and clean layout. Never got stuck in ques unlike some other Next branches. Next is usually my entrance point to Merry Hill.

👍👍 This new flagship Next is, without any doubt, the best Next store that I've been in, and I've been dragged into quite a few by my Next loving partner. It's managed to combine the best bits of the previous incarnation, with a wide range of clothes - plus an excellent Costas and and a Paper Chase.

😠 Headed off on a Saturday morning as per information on website only to be met with a locked gate . Needless to say the family was disappointed as well , they should really update their website !!!

😐 Ok store but understaffed. The curtains section says “ask a member of staff to order these” but couldn’t find anyone other than those behind the till. So we didn’t buy any - their loss I guess.

👍 Smart store Kept clean Plenty of parking Prices are to be expected for Next. There is a Costa Cafè inside that is well kept and spacious, with big windows to one side. Would shop here again.
