😠 Terrible customer service. Asked someone for a pair of trainers. He took the display shoe into the back then disappeared. 15 minutes later someone else comes out with the shoe to put it back on the shelf. Never saw the first guy again. Avoid at all costs

😠 Ridiculously long waits to collect items ordered online! One person on the till up in the men's section. Kept serving customers at the till and ignoring all the customers waiting to collect 🤬🤬

Clarks
Shoe store
😐 I have always worn Clarkes and don't mind paying for the right pair but can't find any style I like now and pair I half liked, really cheap looking soles were £130.
Will keep looking

Mr Shoes
Shoe store
👍👍 Wow! What a shop! It seems to invite you in with its slightly retro look and solid wood floor. And what wonderful trainers, a bit out of the ordinary. And while not me :-D the women's shoes are truly beautiful to look at. I came out with a pair of German Mustangs.

Hobbs
Women's clothing store
👍 The staff there were lovely and although busy, found time to help me find the right outfit. Clothes obviously a bit on the pricey side but great tailoring for on rack clothes. Will go back after next pay day😊
