Lapis Room
Tourist attraction
👍👍 Wonderful fun local gallery with fantastic staff. Wish I went here straight away from my arrival in the area. My friends who live here love this place as well and confirmed some of the local artists are sweet folks.

Black Volcano
Tourist attraction
👍👍 A non-technical hike. You can get several miles in without much of a plan or chance of getting lost. There’s no shade, so hiking in the summer gets toasty quickly. Because there’s no shade you can get panoramic shots of the Sandia mountains with the city of Albuquerque in the valley.

👍👍 We participated in the Great Chase today with my workplace. It was so fun, and although I’ve lived in ABQ for most of my life, learned about a number of hidden sites. Really well managed, and a great way to have fun with friends and family in a covid-safe way. We loved it!

Greetings from Burque Mural
Tourist attraction
👍👍 Definitely should check this out. Beautiful, vibrant mural.
The surrounding neighborhood of Nob Hill is like going back in time. Well preserved mid century styled business along old Route 66. Truly one of the best well preserved/restored/stylized cities I’ve been to in the US.

Albucreepy Ghost Walk

👍👍 It's a very doable walk and Jordan does a tremendous job making it fun and interactive. The best case you find what your looking for and have a paranormal experience on the tour. The worst case you have a very entertaining 2 and a half hours walking through old town with a phenomenal story teller, w...

Patricia Cassidy Park
Park
👍👍 Love this park. It's not too close to the main road. There's a small picnic shelter, but a large grassy area with lots of "wild" (cultivated ) areas of native plants bordering around it.
There's a large playground for the kids and a small walking trail.

Eye of the Sandias
Hiking area
👍👍 First: DON'T FOLLOW The GOOGLE MAP!!
It will take you to a wrong place. You have to go "Copper Trailhead" and start from there. It was about 4 miles moderate to difficult hikes if you take the whole loop, but definitely worth it with some great views. Trails are not well marked and you could lost th...

👍👍 Good place to exercise and has activities for kids. Lots of open space with a top and bottom. Top had a beautiful view of the city. I mostly go to play basketball. No restroom. Dog friendly. Playground on top and bottom.

Little Cloud Park
Park
👍 A nice little, fenced-in park with a few items for youth and adults, alike. Plus these large trees that provide great shade in the summer and bold, beautiful color in the fall.

Casa Grande Linear Park
Park
👍👍 Very nice park to cool off while walking on the linear park path. Always come across neighbors walking dogs. There's always poop bags handy however for some reason people just don't pick up after their dogs. For the most part people abide by leash laws.
