👍👍 Holy Smokes!! I have lived in this City since 1998 and boy was this day remarkable. How did I miss this gem of a park. I almost don't even want to tell anyone about it. 😠 This would be a great park, if it was not for all the people violating the law! I saw about 20 off leash dogs within being there for 30 minutes. Signs were clearly posted at the entrace to leash your dog, as well as during the trail. Fines can be up to $1000 or 12 months imprisonment. Not to mention...

👍 The photos are on the Coastal Trail. It's always a nice walk on the trail. The only thing "wrong" now, the homeless camp has taken over the area near the tunnel. Be careful.

👍👍 The Kincaid Sand Dunes Park is a short walk from the parking lot. When making your way to this parking lot, if you’ve reached the parking lot for the moto cross park, you’ve gone too far. 👍 It's a bit dated, but still a decent place to go. Only 2 swings out of 4 are operational. Recommend ages 3+. My 2.5 y/o manages, but just about 6 more months of size and coordination would make me feel better here.

👍👍 There's parking for at least a dozen vehicles. The playground is nice with a fun large oval swing. There's a big field and a bike path that follows the adjacent road. The large slide ends in a large sand box and concrete pathways like the playground. The playground also has fake grass lining the gro...
