😠 Took 6 hours to get 3 stitches for my son. No excuse for that. Zero sense of urgency. Nurses are rude and care more about mask violations than kids with open wounds or broken ribs or other ailments. It a shame they spent so much money renovating the ER and not improving the service and response time...
