👍👍 This place is excellent! The pastries, quiche, and coffee were all super tasty, on par with bakeries and cafes in much bigger cities. The building is a historic mansion and has so much charm. I was very impressed by this spot. Would definitely recommend a trip to Wheeling for this place.

👍👍 Cozy place with friendly folks on both sides of the bar, great food, expansive menu and fantastic service (Corrie was awesome). Had the tasty tuna salad and calamari. Free pool tables. Will return here next trip to Oglebay.
