Kiwanis Cabin
Tourist attraction
👍👍 Definitely worth the easy hike! Views are insane. Cabin is awesome as well, but I could see how mass crowds could ruin everything. We went on a weekday in October, and was not really the warmest or calmest day at all. There were two people there when we just got to the cabin, but nobody else the re...

👍👍 We visted this area for the first time and had lunch there. There is plenty of area here for all ages; hiking; bird watching; deer watching; and a real nice place to spend the day with family..

Travertine Falls
Hiking area
👍👍 I expected there to be water, but alas, I should have read previous reviews before hiking. The falls were really close and dry. At least they didn’t have litter or valdalism. We Co tied to the lookout on the long fork on Crest 13. It was relatively empty. We passed about 4 parties in 5 hours. By the...

Sandia Ranger District
Forestry service
👍👍 We went here with some friends who are big into rock climbing. They set up some routes on some small cliff faces and we climbed them with out kids. The rock faces are not tall, only 25 to 35 feet and are pretty easy so they are great for beginners and kids.

👍 Beautiful short hike up to facility; where there are restrooms and a nice seating area. Springs are beautiful, but are to be enjoyed visually. Do Not get in the water.

👍👍 Enjoyed a lot learning about Pueblo people who used to live in this area. I wish the museum was open. I will highly recommend this place for people who are interested about history and culture like me. It's a great place to bring kids to teach them real past history of USA, people who used to live h...

Musical Highway
Tourist attraction
👍 Just drove through, what a surprise! We stayed at a steady 46MPH. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it starts at the "Pass with Care" sign. Roll down your window and you can hear some tunes. I wonder why there are no signs at all, this attraction is super rad! Would have given 5 stars if it had more...
