I gave it 4 stars because this is a lunch place in an industrial center… and it took well over 20 minutes to get the most basic sandwich they offer. And the place was only 25% full at the time. It was way too long to wait for a lunch crowd....

👍👍 This is the best boba I’ve ever had! Ordered the Oreo with brown sugar boba, the Oreo pieces were perfectly sweet and the boba was very high quality. The atmosphere was very satisfying and I especially loved the fish tank, the theme is perfect and adorable. :)
