😠 1-Star by default, since I can't give them none. Today, I had an order that was reserved for pickup between 4-5PM. I checked in at 4:47PM. I did not get my order until 7:20PM! This happened to me once before at this same location and I still chose to give them another shot... after today, NEVER AGAI...

😠 Stop treating every customer like a thief. Your crew at the exit door asks for receipts, and they don’t even look at what is written there. They are spending most of their time chatting with each other and basically don't care what is going on in the store. That is called poor customer experience!
