👍👍 This visit was pleasant as per usual. The staff is cordial and professional. Dr. Frost is efficient, pleasant. He ask pertinent questions and allows amble time to discuss any concerns or needs. This is my first visit with this care provider. I am pleased so far

🫤 Like the Dr’s very much. The staff is rather impolite with regard timeliness and communication. No one should wait 20-25 minutes past appointment time without an explanation. Then when asked about delay I received a total brush off - “you’ll be seen when I can”. On to a new eye Doctor.
