👍👍 Stamford's best-kept fitness secret! Super-clean, not too crowded, lots of classes and work out machines, multiple squash courts, and the salt-water pool is warm and never too crowded. Looking forward to continuing to explore what they offer.

😠 When normal, this place is great. But every couple of years they surprise you with some way to disrespect you, usually by giving the squash courts to juniors program and allowing no reasonable opportunity for those who work in the city to play decent hours.
