😐 This is an interesting park. We went fishing here and caught some small black drum and perch. It’s not especially well maintained , and unfortunately there is a homeless population living/staying under the pavilion area and using the restrooms… resulting in dirty facilities.

👍👍 This is a peaceful little park. A small waterfall and a long staircase going down into the water. A couple gazebo's and a nice hiking trail.
There is a powerless public restroom here and ample parking.

😐 Baseball field, basketball park, kids play area, kiddies swings, room for soccer and a batting cage. A few areas to bike ride light automatically comes on at around 830 PM @ nights. Cool place, parking is available also.

👍👍 Taylor Park contains a statue of Lincoln that was designed by Leonard Crunelle and presented to Freeport to mark the 71st anniversary of the Lincoln-Douglas Debate on August 27, 1929, by local industrialist W. T. Rawleigh. It’s definitely worth a visit and not far to get to from highway 20.
