πŸ‘πŸ‘ We love this park. There are so many things to do. There is a trail next to the waterfall that brings you to the top of the waterfall. At the top, there is an observation area, bonfire pit, walking paths, disk golf, party shelters with grills, a playground, bathrooms. Down at the bottom there are th...

😐 This is an interesting park. We went fishing here and caught some small black drum and perch. It’s not especially well maintained , and unfortunately there is a homeless population living/staying under the pavilion area and using the restrooms… resulting in dirty facilities.

😠 It's extremely heart breaking to see the lack of respect and love people have for this place. The amount of trash left on the beach is astounding.

I am teammates with friends from my little league years and Reed Park does a dynamic job of keeping up the playing fields....

πŸ‘πŸ‘ This is a peaceful little park. A small waterfall and a long staircase going down into the water. A couple gazebo's and a nice hiking trail. There is a powerless public restroom here and ample parking.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Taylor Park contains a statue of Lincoln that was designed by Leonard Crunelle and presented to Freeport to mark the 71st anniversary of the Lincoln-Douglas Debate on August 27, 1929, by local industrialist W. T. Rawleigh. It’s definitely worth a visit and not far to get to from highway 20.
