😠 Dump, mantienance is good, it's "the office" that stinks. Poor vetting of people, not luxury as advertised, old appliances, no pool, gym, or ball court on premises for amount of rent paid. Have the balls to tell people they can use the amenities at a Heatherwood 15 to 20 miles away.
