👍👍 Found this gem in my neighborhood, by the heights. Friendly staff and the Cafe has a wide variety of breakfast and great tasting coffee. They offer Lavazza beans and Tazo teas. I got the cod fish tacos on flour tortillas. It comes with a cabbage slaw and tomatoes with slices of lemon on the side....

😠 Criminals and homeless people loiter here. Drug dealing and drug abuse take place in broad daylight. The local police don't seem to mind. The sidewalk is always littered with trash and debris. For your safety, avoid this side of the street altogether.
