👍👍 My son and I were looking for a place to take some pictures. I have Lupus and I can't walk really far. We looked up Lick Skillet and we only saw a few photos we decided to go see what it was like. It was a very beautiful place. You walk through the trees and over a little bridge that has water on bo...

Black Creek Ravines Conservation Area
Park
👍 I've hiked these trails several times. Most all are considered level 1 hiking. Mostly flat, wide and sandy trails with the exception of the ones closer to Black Creek. The ones closest to the water are gravel with minimal inclines. Would be a good place for beginners and nice place to take your hors...

Guana River Wildlife Management Area

👍👍 This place is such a gift! It's a natural sanctuary and refuge for humans and wild life alike. We love riding our bicycles here. The diversity of micro-environments here never ceases to amaze me! Thank God this place has been preserved and not destroyed by the rampant and often poorly planned develo...

Four Creeks Wildlife Management Area
Wildlife park
👍 We went there to kayak. Very secluded and would recommend a 4 wheel drive especially after a rain. Lots of hunters during season so you may hear gun shots but the kayaking was great. A step back from n time. The creeks are tidal so plan accordingly.

Nocatee Mountain Bike Trail
Nature preserve
😐 MUST READ - When you navigate to the mountain bike trail, navigate to the Nocatee Preserve Trail Head on Google Maps first. There you will park behind the high school.
