👍👍 The light show on the bridge is very cool and worth the time! You could set up a blanket and watch in the grass or sit on the cement steps. You could also stand on the walkable track above the grassy area! Great photo opportunity! The lights went on right at sunset.

😠 Despite checking their website AND Google, this is the second time we have tried to visit this park and it’s closed. We drove 40 minutes each way, both times. Talk about an absolute disappointment for the whole family! Update your website and Google to reflect what hours you’re open, please!

👍 Very nice trails. I wish there were more panoramic viewing points. It also rained on me, so I had to cut my hike short and didn't get to explore enough of the park.

👍👍 A good Friend of mine show me a couple of hiking spots. Since April i have walked many of the trails. Red, orange, blue, coral ridge trail. Not to mention the one Round the visitor center. Visitor center has Borchers that describe the trails.

👍👍 This is Twelve Mile Island (not Embry Island, that also shows on Google maps). Nice beach area on the northern shore, Kentucky side, with stairs leading up to a clearing that’s great for socializing with other boaters. 👍👍 Love this park because it is a huge open space and it has a 1.2 mile track and lamps for night time. If you want trails and tons of trees, then this may not be for you. This park is more for people that want to walk/run, play field sports like soccer, etc. and just play catch with your kid.
