👍👍 This is one of the most interactive and least sanitized WW2 battle sites I’ve ever seen. Take an older veteran with you and ask her or him to describe what they’re seeing in terms of defenses. This was a place of actual combat and there are tasteful memorials all over the area.

😐 A World war II historical place and may be a good place to take a exotic photo taking. Once it was an restaurant but abandoned again. Day time photo taking is OK, but, DO NOT go alone at night. There might be drunken bums.

😐 It’s a beautiful SPOT. If only there were more trash cans and respectful / decent human beings to throw their trash into those trash cans. Numerous homeless people all over around 6am-7am. Can’t see them at night, not enough lights to see clearly.
