😐 Outdated, but nice and clean. Definitely not as bad as its reputation with locals. Management is very friendly and accomodating. If you're traveling to Irving, definitely a better value to stay here as opposed to the expensive places in Dunkirk/Fredonia. Definitely will be returning!
