👍👍 This new studio is incredible. Tonight I took the bungee class with Rosy & Beth. I had so much fun bouncing around and got in a great sweat. My left knee usually gets sore quickly during cardio but using bungee removes that added pressure. I signed up for a pole class tomorrow, I can't wait!!!
