😠 Today I had an appointment at 1PM and after waiting an Hour and a half I had to leave. I don't know what's going on at the VA but they just don't care about the patients. If you don't believe me try to reach a VA Advocate. The phone rings to an empty office. That must be the easiest job in the VA.

😠 Bad, bad experience!! the doctors and nurses are good and polite but the receptionists are very unprofessional and everytime, they act like if they don't know what they are doing. Phone calls are worse...... Money waisted and I couldn't even get my results.
