😠 I just called to get established with a new PCP since mine left the Methodist system and was told to go to the website and see what they offer. Extremely unhelpful since I have medical needs that I want to make sure I have an experienced physician for.

😠 I got a call from a number associated with this clinic, so I called back. The lady who works as answering service was extremely rude and all I did was inquire as to why I had been called. If that's all it takes to set her off, maybe she should get a job somewhere else.
