😠 Elaina needs an attitude check, extremely rude. And the staff let me sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before I had to literally pull teeth to get them to tell me one of their rooms are down and I need to reschedule. Meanwhile elaina is just sitting there being rude the entire time.
