😠 Rent too High for the condition of the property! No WiFi, showers, laundry or security. Several old trailers leaked sewage for months. Dangerous for children as old pipes and rebar sticking out of ground (impale hazards). Tweakers found sleeping on property from time to time. Not recommended.
