The small dog park looks like they cared and maintained it, but the big dog park was not as good. Kind of a bummer. The park says its open 24 hours but there weren't any lights....

👍 This park and Montrose park below both belong to the mall not the City. That being said, it's nicely looked after and a good place for a walk after dining.
