😐 This is a location on Sal Cape Verde where it's actually possible to see the visual illusion of a mirage in the desert. The ground is very flat and when the sun hits the horizon it tricks your brain into believing there are pools of water which obviously do not actually exist.

🫤 A beach full of waste from local restaurants. After having eaten the conchs, the shells are discarded on the beach. Sometimes also with the plastic sacks they are carried in. Hope fishing for conchs is sustainable, cause this makes me kinda sad in its beauty.
