👍👍 For those hobby in bicycling. This place ia great place to bought your bike. You can assembly from scratch, from frame, group set and others. Also many brand of apparel and assesoris you can choose. Service also unavailable here.

😠 The technician shown not really friendly and welcome to the customer. I have visited today for routine service of my bike which is still in warranty, but with the small problem on my bike they shown not give good service not proper information given to me related with the solution... need to improve...

😠 For a Polygon flagship store it is poorly stocked in bikes. Don't have their full range of bikes on display, just 1 or 2 bikes from some range. Wasted my grab taxi fare going there. The only consolation is that it opens till 9pm.
