👍👍 Honestly I can’t speak more highly of Petrus as a guide and a person. He was great, funny and knew everyone and everything in Bali. He even saved a woman’s glasses from a crazy monkey and she didn’t even thank him! I highly recommend him.

🫤 Elevator constantly broken and never fully operational, escalator not operational, ridiculous hidden fees such as 1 juta for internet installation, promised of a gym and other facilities that are not met nor up to promise, I recommend staying away from this property and its management.

😐 Good office building. People come here either to work on weekday and to go to Tru Hall at weekend. There is also a museum Macan modern and contemporary art in nusantara. The parking space is very spacious, but lack of sign, so people will need to ask for the way from parking area to AKR building.

🫤 The parking route is so confusing. And top of that, their parking fee is too expensive especially for visitors which would stay at the apartment.

👍 Good view (coast, pool, & city view) with affordable price apartment. However the parking lot is so crowded every night & I think it's funny that some securities couldn't answer my questions about direction in my first week moved there.
