😠 The technician shown not really friendly and welcome to the customer. I have visited today for routine service of my bike which is still in warranty, but with the small problem on my bike they shown not give good service not proper information given to me related with the solution... need to improve...

😐 Not the best one in town I must say. Staffs need to have more training on how to be friendly and serve people. Guess what's right next door? Another bike shop!

😠 I confirmed that I wanted to go directly to the workshop to install 4 pcs tires, and the customer service gentlemen said ok, after 20 minutes I arrived at the workshop, instead it said I saw it wrong, it turned out that there were only 2 stocks, the other 2 were other brands.

👍👍 Good service, Price to buy directly at the repair shop is cheaper than which in sales in e-commerce. But for Goodyear brand tires, you have to indent first. In the end, I took the Dunlop LM 705 at a price of 815k/ tire, and 130k for spooring.
