Whitney (Dental hygienist) is absolutely fabulous! Both my wife and I have been seeing her and she takes extra good care of us, we’re very grateful. Whitney goes above and beyond, best teeth cleaning we’ve ever had. She is meticulous with our pearly whites, helps keep them extra healthy, additionally she is time efficient! And punctual. I highly recommend her 10/10

Everyone in the clinic was super friendly, and the receptionist was extremely helpful on making sure I had gotten the right papers before arriving to the appointment. I called the doctor after hours because of a concern. He was extremely helpful, and assured me it was no worries for the call!

I have been a client for over 20 years, and plan to continue because I always receive professional and friendly treatment. Staff is very consistent - I got to know my dentist, my hygienist and my gum specialist quite well, and they know me, too. That allows for continuity and quality of my dental care as I do not have to explain issues to someone new all the time. The advice I get is sound and practical. I never felt that unnecessary service was pushed one me or my children, who are also clients of the Centre. A great place I would (and do!) highly recommend.

Staff are pleasant, attentive and professional. I’ve only had good experiences which included having to be recommended for a tooth extraction and more recently my crown of thirty years has to be removed and a filling dinner. The new cap is just fantastic. Nothing bad to say.

I have been going to Billings Dental for over 15 years. The staff have always been very friendly and professional. I stopped going because my last visit was not a great experience. The doctor was letting me know that a procedure had to be done. When I got up, I asked what that term meant. He never turned away from the computer. I was looking at his back as he said that I had to make another appointment for him to explain what it meant. I was only in for less than 15 minutes for this appointment and now I had to come back for another appointment that was probably going to be for maybe 10 minutes. I had to pay another $165 just to have that procedure explained to me. I couldn't do it. I was shocked at how expensive it was to have a simple answer for what the procedure was. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. So I stopped going there. He was still looking at the computer while I got ready to leave. It felt cold and unfriendly. I guess when the $165 is in my hand, he would have turned away from the computer to explain to me what work was going to get done. Scary to think that our medical system is slowly turning into an American style way of doing business.

Accommodating when you come in with an emergency. From resection to Doctor Daniel Mcteer and assistants highly professional, friendly, caring (even fun experience: they sing to your tooth and put you at ease 🤣) I highly recommend this location for your dental care

The secret is out about this place, an institution in Old ottawa south. I've been going here for over 30 years and have terrible dental trauma when I was in high school. Regardless, my train wreck of a mouth has been kept on the rails solely by the former Doctor Rodriguez, and the new Dentist has filled his shoes and then some. Dentist Azzi is every bit the joy he was to visit, takes care of your concerns and takes your feedback to heart. She works so hard every single day, but the whole team brings it, from the front of the shop to the back! I feel like my entirely family is safe, and even the random incidents which happen over the years, they are always ready to step up and make time, even when they are slammed with so many patients from decades of excellence. They make time for you, they provide you reminders for your appointments, and truly put the patient first.
