the
business
replying
to
me.
With
that,
I'll
state
it
here
-
I
emailed
my
stylist
directly
through
an
email
they
provided
which
was
not
responded
to.
The
call
I
made
was
to
the
salon
directly.
So
yes,
I
contacted
the
business
in
two
ways
and
was
ignored.
This
review
is
for
the
second
time
I
went
to
this
salon.
The
first
time,
I
had
a
simple
haircut
done,
and
overall,
the
service
and
cut
were
satisfactory.
This
happened
back
in
June,
but
it's
still
bugging
me
with
how
everything
happened.
I
went
in
for
a
haircut,
and
at
the
time,
all
went
well.
Once
the
stylist
was
finished
and
everything
was
styled,
I
really
loved
how
it
looked!
However,
after
going
home
and
washing
it,
I
realised
the
front
face
framing
layers
were
uneven
and
much
thicker
than
I
had
hoped
for.
I
contacted
them
by
email,
and
we
arranged
a
revision.
Unfortunately,
the
day
before
the
appointment,
I
had
a
last-minute
schedule
change
with
work
and
was
going
to
be
unable
to
make
my
appointment.
I
called,
left
a
voicemail,
and
emailed
to
let
them
know.
It
was
a
very
last-minute
cancelation,
which
I
feel
awful
about,
but
I
figured
I
would
just
be
responsible
for
covering
a
cancelation
fee,
which
would
have
been
fine.
I
never
heard
back
from
them,
which
was
odd,
but
I
just
let
it
go.
Then,
despite
the
stylist
knowing
I
didn't
like
the
haircut,
she
went
and
posted
it
to
her
Instagram.
Overall,
I'm
just
really
frustrated
with
the
service
or
the
lack
of
service
that
I
received.
There
was
never
any
resolution
or
attempt
for
them
to
reach
me
again.
