I went to this location of Winners for the first time yesterday and am tempted to go back today. The store was inviting, clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and helpful from security at the door, Nathalia on the floor and also the staff at the fitting rooms. There is a wide variety of items for every style and budget. I made several purchases that were much needed after not shopping for so long and will for sure be a regular consumer at this store in the future.

My go-to place for clothes shopping. Not all Winners are created equal, unfortunately, as I discovered since we moved from downtown. This one is easily the best in selection and staff. Well worth a trip!

One of the better stores to get quality socks in the area.

The store itself isn't bad, the customer service however is a different story.staff on the evening I went here were unfriendly and grouchy.. asked if I could purchase a reusable bag and the employee rolled their eyes at me and was very snarky in their response to me.

Winners in Canada has 175 Stores in 104 Towns. Most of them are located in Toronto (12 stores), Calgary (9 stores), Edmonton (8 stores), Mississauga (5 stores) and Montreal (5 stores).

Clothing selection was ok, however lacking anything outside of that such as a reasonable selection of housewares, etc. The footprint of the store is also much smaller than I expected. The Lansdowne Store is much better in my opinion.

A very good placement, close to Parliament Hill. Good place for tourists to buy something warmer:) Good assortment, good prices, nice people.

Smaller store I did find my HEMP protein powder = best prices by far !

This is one of the best Winners for clothes. The location has a very small home/kids/pets section, just FYI. Consequently, I think this store has a better selection for clothes. The staff is fantastic here. The clothes are usually organized, neat, and tidy. WAYYYY better than some other locations I’ve been too. Their handbag, cosmetics/skin care, and jewelry areas are a bit bigger than other Winners I’ve been to. The staff at this winners do an excellent job of restocking they put out new clothes everyday.

Winners in the basement of the former Zellers landmark store. Small but packed with everyday fashion, food. Wish they would carry more food items. Connected to Parliament OC Train. How convenient. Sometimes the smell is nasty but it is a quick shop.

Winners is a popular store throughout Canada, and this one is eight downtown. It's a great place for clothes shopping as well as skincare products.

As a recent Ontarian, my mom and I came to Winners for some shopping. There wasn't as large of a selection compared to other stores. My problem with the store was the employee who served us, a woman at cash 5 at roughly 12:03-12:05pm today, November 24. She was impatient and kept making grimaces of annoyance (ex sighing as if we were bothering her). I'd recommend some more training on interpersonal relationships and communication.

If you have time and patience, the occasional gem can be found here, otherwise it's very much catered to the wealthy beaurocrats of the downtown core. And I may be talking in poor person but the prices always seem a little higher at this winners then others. It's kinda a meh, I have time to kill shopping environment.

Until today, I liked this location very much. I would go there whenever I had free time between my classes or study sessions. However, the unpleasant experience I had today, November 8th, 2023, with the manager in charge, who was unprofessional and rude, led to my decision not to return to this location.

The staff is friendly, it's a small store but that's what makes it perfect for cool finds. It even has a section for pets and some home decor.

This winners is great! But the clothes are more for the older folk.

Uhhh, is this me or this Winner's store has emptier shelves in comparison with other Winners. I was not impressed by the selection of goods.

I rated this store location a two because I honestly have to say however it maybe small they have alot of clothes and shoes but only for adults. There are no children's clothes sold here at all. They also do not sell pet supplies like most winners I've seen. They have a whole front section of snacks but you will not find many food products here. I find if you are buying anything other then clothes this location is awful. Even saying that maybe generous due to upon looking on the two sale racks 1 out of every 5 pieces of clothing I looked at where damaged (ripped, torn, dirty) I was just not to impressed. (You can do better winners!)

I came into this location to browse around the store today and had the misfortune and speaking with manager Penny. I can honestly say her attitude and general behaviour alone made me as a customer incredibly uncomfortable. Otherwise the other few staff I spoke to were warm and very helpful. Unfortunately however, I will not be returning to this Winners.

The store was clean and organized and staff were friendly and helpful. There were no lines and I found what I needed easily. Wish the store was bigger to allow for more selection.

I love coming to this location, it`s way smaller than any other Winners in the city but it always carries what I need. The staff is always polite, the service is quick.
